INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY DIAGNOSTIC
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE USING INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY...
A MODERN, SAFE AND EFFICIENT WAY TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY!
WHAT IS IT?
Infrared thermography is a method that is used to detect hot spots and identify electrical equipment failure using a thermal camera.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE?
The purpose of carrying out preventive maintenance is to monitor electrical equipment, such as circuit breakers, contacts, relays, switches and other devices in order to detect problems, including the following:
-
Wear
-
Overvoltage
-
Phase imbalance
-
Faulty clamping
-
Faulty crimping
-
Oxidation
FIRE PREVENTION…
The primary purpose is to prevent electrical fires. Loose thimbles and overloaded parts can be identified immediately using thermography. It will also show circuits where there is no current, which indicates a defect.
